Group Fitness Class Schedule
Classes are held throughout the day and for many different levels of fitness. Be sure to pick up your group fitness schedule or check out schedules online for invigorating classes that are sure to get your heart pumping. All group fitness instructors are well educated and experienced in bringing you the best fitness experience during your class.

Class Description
20/20/20
20/20/20 is an introduction to all our other classes. 20 minutes spinning, 20 minutes strength, and 20 minutes of ab / core. this is a class that is a great way for beginners to get a little taste of what our other classes are about.
CIRCUIT
A dynamic circuit class alternates muscle resistance stations. Aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Get your heart pumping and your body moving. No coordination required. Suitable for all levels.
CYCLE
An invigorating indoor cycling workout perfect for all levels of fitness. Each class is 40 min in length and ends with a relaxing stretch.
NO SWEAT
Uses weighted bars and dumbbells in an hour long, high repetition weight training class. Its basic moves make it easy to follow and it's accessible to anyone of any fitness level.
TBC
This is a total body conditioning class, which includes multi-dimensional training methods. Our interval and/or circuit style presentation may use step, ball, cardio and resistance work in each class, but with different formats. Come prepared for an intense workout. Class lengths vary from 60-75 min.
YOGA
This yoga class will take you through a number of poses that flow together while incorporating the breath. This way of moving will challenge your strength, increase your range of motion and raise your cardio level - all significant components of fitness. It is a beginners' class but even the move advanced can enjoy a good workout.
